In Cape Coral, FL, on Chiquita Boulevard, AAA has designed 314 one, two and three bedroom units. The drawings are being submitted for permit at this time. The Site Plan above shows the two lakes with fountains,13 apartment buildings, garages and carports, outdoor play area, dog park. The Clubhouse (Building # 1) includes rental offices, fitness and spinning rooms, club area, “coffee and connect” lounge and a two story foyer area with bridge.
