Lorick Park Apartments, 3800 West End Ave, Columbia, SC. opened in June 2020. There are a total of 87 units and a Clubhouse; owned and managed by the Columbia Housing Authority, Columbia, SC.
Due to the topographically challenging site, the builder requested that all step-downs be half of a full floor height. some went front to back one had to go side to side. That turned out to be the most interesting of all the buildings.
